Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
  3. 3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
  4. 4. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month.
  5. 5. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, or through online options
  6. 6. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption.
  7. 7. Failure to surrender the card will result in cancellation of membership.
  8. 8. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days.
  9. 9. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
  10. 10. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early.
  11. 11. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment.
  12. 12. Government taxes apply to the delivery of jewellery.
  13. 13. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes.
  14. 14. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
  15. 15. If Member of the Scheme will purchase more gold from the accumalated weight, for their additional Gold Jewellery will be charge with minimum Wastage and Making Charges.
  16. 16. Diamonds, Precious & Semi Precious stone studded jewels, Platinum and Silver Jewels cannot be purchased under this scheme.
  17. 17. Customer purchasing Antique jewellery or any designer jewellery, wastage above 15% has to be paid by the customer.
